Decentral University
Universities have long been the center of all kinds of science and studies, but currently established institutions have largely failed to properly adapt to the internet. Universities as physical, local institutions serve a definite purpose, but their impact, reach and cooperation can be vastly expanded.
In order to properly scale universities to the internet, one has to consider the current functionalities of these institutions.
